Diesel Gearbox on a Furio ??

   My box just died and have been on the hunt and couple have come up but all seem to be vtr boxes,
   Am I right in saying this wouldn't be the best ratio for the Furio ?
   A diesel box has come up, and was wondering whether this would be a good replacement as I am told they are similar to the 1.4 ??
   Any help will be appreciated

   Vtr box would be dog on a furio mate, ratios are too long.
   1.1, S or furio box

   That thread has all the box ratios in though, might help you decide R box would be shit though lol

   Thanks mate that's what I thought with the R box,
   Diesel a definite no go ??

   The diesel box is exactly the same as a furio in terms of ratio and final drive and the VTR box has a longer 1st gear and 2nd gear compared to the furio/diesel box.
   
   TBH just go for anything thats cheaper at the time.

   I had a furio box on my vtr and the ratio's where exact same! so it must be the same the other way round

   There is a difference. I have a furio box on my R, although its very similar, I can tell the difference
