central locking fob :'(

   unluckly enough my car keys where washed in the washing machine
   got them out took apart the fob cleaned it repaced battery and its not working any idea how 2 maybe fix this or am i looking at new pod also not sure whether 2 jst get the car alarmed and safe all the hasle ?

   u could get another circuit board for the inside of the fob as thats probably whats broken, think i have seen them on ebay or could just buy another fob and reprogramme it

   you cant replace the circuit board as thats wots programed have you tryed resinking it to the car (unlock the car with the key and press the lock button twice )

   yeah tried resking it didnt work
   
   and if i got another chip how would i program it 2 the car ????

   hi mate you have to go to citroen and i think thay charge about 74 quid to program one

   go and buy a aftermarket alarm system off ebay for £20 they work and aren't made by french tits so aren't prone to breakin
