Fault Code P0605 and P0604 RAM and ROM, any idea?

   Hi guys em light come on and had a code ive not seen before
   
   P0604 which is Internal Control Module Ramdom Access Memory Error
   
   P0605 which is Internal Control Module Read Only Memory Error
   
   My guess is theres a circuit fault that causeing processes to be lost.
   
   
   Would be helpful if anys had these codes before
