Did i do an alright job?

   Basically, i replaced my radiator, thermostat and coolant today. bled it all using the guide of here. Ran it upto temperature, all heaters work, no water noises behind the dash so im pretty sure ive got all the air out. However my fan isnt really cutting in at the point it used to (just above the middle line on guage). I took it for a quick 10 minute thrash, and the needle kept bang on the middle line pretty much so isnt overheating thank god, but i havent heard the fan come in yet
   Does this sound normal or am i worrying too much?

   just leave it running until it gets over half way and just wait to see if it does

   mine comes on a fair way over half way tbh!
   if there as a fault with the thermo / sensor then the light would come on, either the red dot on the guage or the management.
   
   id be happy with it tbh, you got all the air bubbles out, does the heaters work well, from hot to cold?

   How long did you leave it idling for?, after I bled mine, it took a good 10 mins before it got up to temperature for the fan to kick in.

   left it running for 10 minutes, then went for a 10 minute drive. do you think it might just be a bit longer now for the fan to kick in as the coolant is new and not 2 years old? and theres a new thermostat?

   i dont use a thermostat anymore lolz, they keep freezing

   it sometimes takes 15mins from cold for the fan to kick in, just try it again and leave it for sometime

   k ill try leaving it longer. does it make sense for it to take longer for the fan to kick in as everythings new?

    Leave it idling with the car stationery that way no air is being forced in to cool the engine,then if the fan switch is working as it should the fan should come on.

    I would say so because its doing its job a whole lot better?
