Help with converting vtr to vts?

   Hi there im wondering if anyone can help me asap. Ive just bought a 106gti that needs to be scrapped on monday can any1 help in telling me what parts i would need to take off to put the gti engine into my vtr? I heard i need ro get a spindle drive off ot or something??

   just drop the engine out with all ancillaries that go with it, better to be safe than sorry

   All depends, minimum would be Engine, engine loom, ECU - if not unlocked then immobilizer and key chip too, keep all the ancillaries starter motor etc as they are all pretty much interchangeable. If it was me id try and keep anything you could get off before Monday at least then you have everything and once you done your conversion you can sell the bits you dont need. :-)

   ideal thanks for getting bk to me see a diny have the key so am kinda fucked there so a need the engine wireing ecu is there anything else have use ever heard of this spindile thing? its just sum1 said a would need it to do the conversion
