Saxo Starting Problem

Since we had all that snow, car started having problems starting, since not using car much due to jogging to work, it seemed to get worse longer i left it, did a battery test did seem to be faulty, replaced battery problem solved, 3 weeks later problem slowly starting again. tested new battery its fine, tested alternator its fine. No battery drain, so puzzled with why having starting problems, symptoms all like low battery.
Plenty coolant, temp gauge fine, no misfire, added millers petrol treatment (concentrate measure)

Replaced spark plugs other day also replaced oil and filter problem still persists.

Any ideas??

all of the eart okay on the battery and manily the altenator earth, also could be the start motor its just underr the air box on the left hand side locate this and give it a good knock if it work it will mean the start motor is on its way out
