   so i got in my car today and drove about 3 miles then suddenly a loud bang. so i got out and had a look and the front left was sitting lower than it usually does (lowered 60mm) and its rubbing on the arch and when i turn it starts to make a knocking noise.
   i can have a look tonight so ill have to wait till tomorro but i think it could be a snapped spring or a f**ked damper.
   ANY OTHER IDEAS !!!!!!!!
