Lowering vts

    Ive got a mk2 vts and was just wondering would the shocks handle lowering springs or wud i have to change the shocks aswell??

    The shocks are guna be under more stress what ever height you lower it, but most people seem to not go above 40 mm on standard shocks

    sweet thanks, well im looking at only lowering by 25-30mm (got alot of speed bumps in my area!) also do u know what i gotto do with my torsion bar at back??

    personally id let someone else do the torsion bar who knows what theyre doing. either a mate, a sax-p member or even a garage.
    from what iv heard they are not easy to do

    hi mate, i just lowerd my saxo 40mm on the front on standerd shocks, and is fine i have known ppl to go 60mm on front and be fine, also i just lowered my torsion bar 50mm aswell on standerd dampers and is ok so you should be fine
