    http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/CITROEN-SAXO-S...item230d2f494e

Looking to do the full smoothed boot effect and come accross this which will save so much time and detail to get right. However i assume this is tiger sealed onto the boot then the sides running down the boot are body fillered to run flush with the style of the boot so that it doesnt look like it has been stuck on. however whats your opinion if done right then i don see any differant in the professional job. however the only thing worrying me is were the recess would be their will be a ga and if made of fiberglass too much preasure will crack in the middle.

    Thanks

You would make a serious mistake they take alot of work and rarely look good as they stick on top of standard boot
Best to just weld a plate and go to town with filler and fibreglass

so it looks good in the picture, been done by a body shop thats been doing that kind of thing years,... do you have any of the skills they have? any of the tools they will use? i guess no so will look shit tbh. thats befor you even spray it. 75 for 75 quid i would weld you a patch on, and for 200 i would do you everything.

i was going to buy one of him but as someone said . it makes the boot thicker . so i welded a plate on much better

Cheers guys thought id get peoples opinion dont want it so it looks jap style but like the flush smooth effect. I do have a family relative in the trade panel beater and sprayer but thanks for the offer mate. I can do the prep work just not the spraying. Unless someone has one pre done that i could buy then all i would have to do is spray if needed.
