Saxsport exhaust

   I've been looking at getting a saxsport "decat" system for my vtr.
   Im aware it removes the standard silencer from the centre section but every where i've read says it will not pass an MOT.
   Sorry for my ignorance but is the cat not in the manifold so wont effect the MOT?

   if your cat is in the manifold then it will be fine.

   What i thought, am i right in saying all Mk2 VTR's have cat in manifold?

   If the cat is in the manifold you have no problems, I have no cat, 4-2-1 manifold and 3" saxsport. And a mk1 Saxo exhaust centre with a cat and VTS backbox for MOT time. Saxsport ftw!
