blower not working but still got pas & rear screen

   Hi,
   
   I got the heated rear screen and the pas still working but my heater blower doesnt work at all. probably the switch but anything else it could be guys?
   
   I had a look at other threads but they are talking about the ignition mod.

   Not sure if it will work for you mate, But my first vtr the heaters didnt work, but still had power steering. After a search of the forum found theres a plug in the drivers footwell, located right under the dash nearest the door side. Get your head under irs easy to spot, It may be loose or as mine was.. Simply unplugged! haha.

   had the same problem with mine but it was the heater that was gone.if you can get another blower motor to check just unplug yours and plug it into the new one and see if that does it.

   ok guys, cheers i will give that a go. i pulled the plug on the switch and there is power going to the switch, i then tried bridging the wires over but nothing happened. i think the motors gone, unless anyone has any other ideas?

   Sounds like the same problem as me mate. I've replaced the blower motor before - bit annoying but can be done in 30 mins. Got a replacement off ebay today myself for £25 so not too bad.

   I have managed to find the problem and I'm certain it's the blower. Just need to source one quick. Anyone?

   Try eBay and search for "saxo blower" there were about 20 on there yesterday lunchtime. Shop around to make sure it's from the same year/range as your Saxo and to get a good price. I got mine for £25 delivered but there were other 2nd hand units on there for circa £100!!!

   I have had a look on ebay and am watching a couple. I am going to go to the local scrappy over next couple of days and see if they got one so I can get it fixed quicker
