saxo halos cant undo the twisty bit HELP

   just got some halo lights through the door today but want to change the bulbs they cum with but i cant undo the twisty bit on the back to retrieve the bulb thay come with
   
   is ther any tricks that i cn try or is it a finger hurting forcing job
   
   help required PLEASSSSSE

   make sure your turning it the correct way (should say on the back), maybe used both hands as it takes some strength two untwist it

   Put a rag over it & gently turn with pliers.
