Heater controls

   Hi guys,
   
   Just wondered haven't really played around but since i had my vtr the control for the air flow direction is stuck on the windscreen, i can move it a little over to windscreen/feet but no further.
   
   Any ideas on a quick fix?

   start off by removing the centre console, theres a guide on here how to do that.
   then have a look around where the knobs attach to see if anythings blocking
