Ariel leaking

   Started leaking the other day i had a look and tightened the nut up very tight but still water coming though what are your sugestions ?

   I added a couple of washers on to it and it worked fine
   But I also put strong tape over it the 2nd car and then added the washers to it

   Take the aerial off & put silicone sealant around the base then put it back on(common problem)

   Had the same problem myself the other day.
   
   Remove aerial, clean the underside of the base up and where it sits on the roof. Smear a little bit of silicone around the aerial's two plastic prongs that go through the roof, then re-fit it.
