Peeling paint

   I have these marks on the front bumper i was told it was peeling laquer
   
   
   
   
   
   is there anything i can do about it or would it be best to take it to a bodyshop?

   To do it properly it needs to be resprayed.

   Try wet and dry 1500 paper with tcut, machine polisher or a strong arm..
