Changing bulbs in dash..

   Im changing my bulbs and dials in my saxo. was wondering if there was an FAQ for doing it or any must nots/must do's, thanks.

   I dunno about guides however, I have done it before on my mk1 - if yours is mk1 then this is how you do it (if not then i believe you need to solder the bulbs but i'm not 100%):
   
   If you undo the bottom cowling from underneath the steering wheel then you can lift the top cowling up too
   
   Next, undo the bolts for the steering column (under the lower cowling) so that the steering wheel will drop slightly so the dials will come out
   
   Then undo the screws holding the black bit that is in front of the dials
   There will then be 4 screws to undo to undo the dials
   
   There are about 5 plugs on top of the dials that need unplugging, then you can pull the whole dial unit out
   
   The bulbs can be replaced - they are held in a little holder that just need unscrewing - there are a load for illuminating the dials and the rest are for warning lights etc

   Then just do the reverse to refit

   Good info there easy way to take the bulbs out is put long nosed pliers on them & twist the bulbs out.
