noise from rear suspension?

i posted this in the problems and quieries section but to no avail, so i thought i may get a better focused result here...

I have a strange noise comming from the back of my car all of a sudden, its not the ARB plate bolts as ive checked and greased them...

Is when my rear drivers wheel goes over or in a pot holes and the trailing ges up...it sounds like my exhaust hitting somithing...but one its on the other side of the car, two its when the axle goes up not down, plus there inches of room between the axle and exhaust...there is no camber on my wheels, so not axle bushes, checked my dampers, and rubbers, they are fine..checked the bushes between the car and axle (where it bolts to the car)...checked every thing is tight....checked for play...

nothing seems to fix...its lowered 60mm btw...any ideas guys?

is there any movement in the wheel when u jack it up
i had exactley the same and it was the bushes in the beam

i have same problem as you, mine was caused by slight axel movement though

only movement is in the damper, there is no play in the bushes or barings, thats why im confused, also when ive had rear axles with camber (knakerd bushes) its never made any noise :s
