lumpy cold idle..

righttt got a small problem nothing really major but is rather annoying, recently when starting my car from cold its kinda lumpy dont always do it but has done it a few times now, the revs dont seem to rise or drop but can feel its not running right dont seem to do it once engine is warm, it kinda sounds like its been camed and not been mapped lol,

two things could think could be a temp sensor? or the heater element in the lambda, anyone else got any suggestions to what could be....
