   someone remind me how this goes again on the cable? ie loosen it anti clock pedal bite is higher and tighten it clockwise bite is lower?

   This really pisses me off when I want to adjust it, I can never work it out or Im trying to work it out but then start thinkin rahhh this is confusing, then I lose concentration lol
