New tyres & sizes

   This may sound like a stupid question, but would 195/50 tyes fit on standard VTR alloys? Reason I ask is i've found these on camskill and they are about a £10 (per tyre) cheaper than the 185/55.

   why is it smaller rims = more cost? Doesnt seem to make sense?

   I got told the other day it is an unusual size, so all manufacturers don't do it, or a higher price. Take that with a grain of salt as I'm not sure if this true or not.

   smaller sizes are become less popular because most modern cars come with bigger wheels chances are if the saxo was still made today itll probaly have 16 or 17in wheels from the factory
