Instaling hids in angel eyes?

    I no there Is a guide to install them in normal lights but has anyone done a guide on how to install them in angel eyes? Cheers

    remember normal saxo H4 Hi/Lo Hids wont go into angel bulbs as the dipped and main beams are different bulbs... Well its the case for a Mk1, not sure bout mk2's.

    Yeh mk2 has h1 bulbs the kit I'm get is a h1 just curious how to fit it lol

    Most people say that installing HIDs in the Angels is not a good idea as they run too hot and there's a real risk that they'll melt the plastic - let me/us know how you get on if you do decide to do it though - just make sure you have an extinguisher close by.

    Wouldn't you need two kits as to have both beams HID?

    +1 on this. My angels say do not use HIDs with them too.

    You may wish to have a look at these links before you fit such a kit to your car as the simple fact is there not road legal and it is unlikely your insurance company will cover you if they find out you have none road legal lights.

    The past 4/5 threads on HID's, you have posted the exact same thing. People obviously know they are illegal in on standard HID lights. Stop posting it.
