#2It will be fine to drive just means abs won't work you don't need it.
Just get a diagnostic scanner on it and it should tell you why it is on. Unless it;s something obvious like an abs sensor unplugged. -
#3thanx bud i was a bit concernd but ur a star cheers
-
#4don't think mine works either, I had a crash and the breaks just locked up? and fixed whole car now, and in the wet, I can lock them still, any ideas?
-
#5no abs light either?
-
#6Is it a vtr? If so you probably don't have abs.
-
#7vtr mk2, do they not have it?
-
#9Was an optional extra I think, basically if it locks up and no light comes on for abs then goes out again when you turn the ignition on you don't have it. Unless it is broke and the bulb has been taken out but realistically you just don't have it.
Not something you really need anyway. -
#10oh well, thought i had it
better to have no abs anyway, can stop quicker, if used properly though, not slammed down lol
-
#11Exactly
All abs does is release your brakes a bit. However my mate who's a tit decided braking down a hill and locking his wheels up was a good idea, and still kept his foot planted when his wheels locked... tit.

#12haha, tail! cheers btw
