Painting wheels

   ive got a vtr with standard wheels on it. The wheels arent in great condition but i prefer the standard VTR look. I've read that 'puzzledzippy' painted his own? how do you do this? what do you have to do first??

   i've been talking to saxoash. He gave me some advice. its a lengthy job tho, spent all day sanding down the wheels, whilst also sanding down my fingers!!! Got one wheel painted and it looks HOT! will have to show you when ive finished.
