When my car is cold there is a sqeeking from the gearbox and when i put the clutch down it makes it go higher pitch.
Anyone got any idea's?

Sounds more like a tensioner! Or may be v-belt on the alternator!

Just to further back up steve's post.
It's the clutch release bearing, mine did the same.
