Depends on your definition of the term 'quick'

For a few extra bhp a full exaust and decat will work, plus a decent enclosed induction kit
This will probably cost £500 (ish) but wont give you much more power

You need to spend $$$ to get decent amounts more power

What is your budget as this will ditcate what you can do

A vts should be 'quick' as standard anyway lol

If you are handy with a spanner a turbo conversion could work out cheap and give good bang for buck

Also saxo's aren't really the ideal 'traffic light racer'
    there best used for this

get the head off.....new gasket, skim/port and cam shafts! Good induction, 4-2-1 exhaust and get the ecu chipped!

Sorry i was supposed to say quicker it goes well as it is. I was thinking manifold and straight through system just bolt on mods as not after crazy power then maybe chip and remap.

What good systems on there that bolt on well with no issues.
    Also what make manifold?

Am i better off just fitting a performance panel filter rather than an induction kit?

    You got it mate.

    Supersprint mani
    Supersprint/kam racing exhaust
BMC/CDA or panel filter (i'd go panel filter personally as i have bmc and very expensive)
Predator ECU c.£500 but you can have free maps for it and can run what you like cams/tb's/supercharger/turbo
