I bought a phase 1 VTS today its standard what can i do to it to make it quick would a full exhaust system make it quick and removing the cat?

#2full exhaust system, raceland 4 2 1 manifold, induction kit , cams, vernier pulleys, remap, anything really.

For a few extra bhp a full exaust and decat will work, plus a decent enclosed induction kit
This will probably cost £500 (ish) but wont give you much more power
You need to spend $$$ to get decent amounts more power
What is your budget as this will ditcate what you can do -

If you are handy with a spanner a turbo conversion could work out cheap and give good bang for buck -

#9get the head off.....new gasket, skim/port and cam shafts! Good induction, 4-2-1 exhaust and get the ecu chipped!

Supersprint/kam racing exhaust
BMC/CDA or panel filter (i'd go panel filter personally as i have bmc and very expensive)
Predator ECU c.£500 but you can have free maps for it and can run what you like cams/tb's/supercharger/turbo
