silenced supersprint still raspy?

   I love the sound of the straight through supersprint but it has too much of a drone. (My ears are sensitive).
   
   Is the silenced version still as raspy? I just want to loose that drone that gives you a headache.

   It still gives a nice sporty sound. Its not so silenced to spoil the note.
