fuel leak

   Hi all, had a quick look with the search but didnt find an answer. I seem to have a fuel leak coming from a pipe thats under the inlet manifold that goes onto the fuel rail. it has a plastic clip with white release catches on it. Just wondering if this is a common problem and what is the best way to fix it?
   
   Also i cant see where the leak is just when i wipe it clean it covers the plug again within two seconds. Also if i unplug the plug to inspect it further as long as the ignition is not turned on i should not get covered in fuel should I?
