Leak..

   Am guessing i have a leak from my sunroof as water comes out of my winder for it, it also gets loads of condensation on the glass. Could it be the rubber seal for the sunroof? or any other ideas... how much to fix? thanks

   It could be the ariel base mate, its a common problem, put some sealant on it and see if that works.

   i have checked that out, as if the ariel leaks it usually come's out of the interior light doesnt it.. thats been tigerseal'd, so carnt be that. any other ideas?

   Prob is the sunroof rubber then mate, try gluing it in, i had this problem with mine, but mine was the ariel, i glued the sunroof rubber in first and it carried on lol.

   so shall i do the whole of the sunroof rubber? with tigerseal could you say? not really got a clue as am a lass lol plus am blonde which doesnt really help me.

   i fixed my leaking sunroof last weekend it was the drains that were blocked causing the water to stand and made 2 holes in my roof

   guess what? ,y sunroof leaked as well. i just put a small bead of sillicone around the rubber seal and that done the job

   got the exact same problem mate my gf's bro is taking my sunroof out and sealing it or something also the plastic surrounding my sunroof has a little gap so im guessing thats were the water on the roof is entering so have a look there not a hard job just when it rains alot cover the sunroof up untill its fixed

   yeah the plasic bit surrounding the sunroof is where mine was leaking from amsure, i just attacked it with silicone

    open your bonnet, top right corner, somewhere behind the red fuel cut off bit i believe mate

    mine was the drainage system quick and easy to do get a glass of water, open ya sunroof if the pour the water just into the gap ( please not through your sunroof lol) if it doesnt drain theres your probem wire coat hanger loads of water and ya done x

    You have to drop the front of the headlining down there will be to rubber hoses one each side of the sunroof just pull them off and put some water down them and look under your car to see if water is runing away

    I cleaned the rubber out as there was loads of crap in it, it doesn't look like it's sitting in right to the sunroof at the corners... is this what everyone else's was like? will have a go at tiger sealing it tomorrow if weathers bit better. thanks

    Looking to clean my sunroof drains out too. Am hoping to give it a go this weekend - if that fails, going to put some black sealent round the edge of the sunroof seal, as it doesn't look entirely flush.

    Get some tiger seal on it
    Nothing will leak then.
