Will be quick through the gears, but will rev high at 70 on the motorway, and top end will be lower

The diff is weaker in the 1.1 box but aslong as you dont go wheel spinning everytime you set off and bouncing off the limiter everytime you go to change gear it will be fine.

    Read this http://www.saxperience.com/forum/sho...gearbox+ratios

That has all the ratios in,

1.1 gearbox is quick and snappy. Its fun to drive, the motorway driving is a drone though. Not sure about top speed.

i had a 1.1 box in my vtr and it was alright but not really good if you drive the car alot, now i had it in my vts and it made the car shit to drive and finally the gearbox died, ive had it for 6months on both cars and i wouldn’t recommend it.

if i was u and this is what im doing is put a furio box on. gives the compromise on both.

if you want a cheap box of if you have the money a s1/2 rallye or xsi box

Its ace for accelleration, just pulls like a bastard. Sits at 3600 at 70, and tops out at about 110/116

It wont blow uo if you drive it on the motorway or everyday. Mine gets driven over 500 miles a week and its been in there for nearly a year
