mk2 vtr Key fob

   I bought my car from a backstreet garage place and they only gave me 1 key and a fob which dont work.
   However i replaced the battery but not sure if it was the correct battery tbh.
   Could anyone tell me which type of battery and if theres 2 batteries or just the 1?
