Is yours a constant knocking noise ?
Or just when you go over a bump
or when you release your clutch
    or when your accelerating

    no worries mate ..
When you get a spare 5 minutes .. put your steering on full lock and just check to see whether your driveshaft has been punctured/slit, you'll know straight away because it'll be pissing grease out.
