Ive just tried to connect my cd player up in my furio and my brother told me that if i connect the yellow wires into the red ones it will save the radio stations but when i did it it sparked a little so i didnt carry on, i then turned the ignition on and it made a weird like whining noise and the battery light stayed on even when the engine was running any idea whats wrong please?

Disconect the battery and refit the stereo. If it's makeing a constant noise even if the cars off it sounds like it's not wired correctly. Do you have a wireing diagram?
