Mk1 exhaust system on mk2

    My mk2 has a 421 manifold on it and I need a new exhaust and was thinking if I fit a mk1 Exhaust system with the cat in the centre pipe will it pass a mot or not

    Or is there anyway I can get it to pass a mot without swapping manifolds over

    just get the cat from the mk1 and the centre section from the mk1 and fit that then it will fit with your manifold and you can keep your back box too.
