Have you plugged in your electric adjusters into the rear of your Angels?

If not at the back of the Angels should be a plug with a bar going through the middle of it disapearing into the inners of the light - in short turning this bar anti-clockwise will raise the beam and clockwise to lower the beam - at least that's how mine works although I ditched the manual adjuster and added my electric ones - which work a treat

Take a photo of the back of your lights so we can have a look and advise

Do you have a dial switch by your right knee when you sit in the drivers seat? If you don't then your car does not have electric light adjusters - VTR and VTS do normally and a few of the others but not sure which.

you do have electronic adjusters but im assuming you didnt install the motors back - its not a problem if you dont.
are you referring to the metal cogs or the metal "stick" like thing that pokes out a good 2"?

A quick word of warning - the metal rod that's in place has a ball joint at the end of it - the electric adjusters have the same type of ball joint. Getting this ball joint in place can be a bit of a pain - you need to secure the headlight inners to stop them moving to allow you to whack the ball joint into place. I made up a two piece metal bracket to do this and worked a treat - without it or something similar then it's not going to be easy as everytime you try to push the ball joint into place the headlight inners will move and you have to start again.

Tip: If you move the adjuster switch to position 3 (or 4 - max) then this pushes the bar with the joint furthest out and gives you more chance to get it in.

If you're not fussed about changing the height of the beam whilst driving then just turn the bar that's already in place (use some mole grips if nothing else works) and this will have the same effect and once set correctly you don't need to change them again.

I just don't like functionality that doesn't function, so my Angels raise and dip with the switch as did my OE lights.

Thanks LVC Gona go outside inabit see if turning that metal rod does anything, or just unbolt a headlight see if i can find were that adjuster goes, my old headlamps were knackerd and didnt adjust and that really p'd me off as they were also abit high. So gona have to get these ones working properly with the adjusters.
