Loud Noise Upon Starting

   Hi guys my car is a 1.5d and whenever i start my engine from either it been cold outside, or if i havent used it in 24hours+, It starts with this really loud noise thats even louder then the derv engine itsself lol. But whenever i put the clutch down it goes off, and then when i release the clutch it doesnt come back on.
   
   So my guess is its something to do with the clutch, only had a new clutch in last february. It started like 2months ago and starting to bug me now.

   sounds like the input shaft bearing in the box

   Not easy if it is that. You'd have to pull the box apart.
