VTR central locking not working

   Still not got my central locking working, when i unplug/plug in CLU i think i can hear the boot motor click, as if car just unlocked (infact if boots locked it actually unlocks when doing this) and the ones in the doors click, but dont actually do anything.
   Got some new central locking motors in post, Plugged them both in but still only a clicking coming from them but no actually central locking function Anyone got any ideas?

   black box next to the c/l control unit is the immobiliser box

   someone must have an idea whats going on, all fueses are fine etc, have just tried a different central locking unit but that does none of the above so im assuming it doesnt work or not compatable with my year of car as its taken from an older model (mk1)

    I have sort of the same problem. Well not really because the central locking works, but the remote control doesn't do anything. When I bought the car the garage just said that it needed a new battery but I thought it seemed a little suspect that they didn't do it them selves. I got the battery today and to no surprise it didn't do anything.
    
    Any ideas?

    instead of bumping this thread up why not ask say an auto electrician as they may shed some more light on it for you

    to save probably couple £100, and fact theres that many saxo thats had central locking problems someone has bound to of had a similar problem to mine

    I have same problem on my 51 plate vtr no central locking at all but unplug the central locking unit and plug back in you can hear the lock click and if boot is locked it unlocks this is doing my head in now someone HELP......
