Decatting a vtr

   just a quick question would i need a diff mani as mine is a mk2 and would it need a remap to sort it out

   Yes mate if its the mk2 with the cat in the mani you will need to replace with a 4-2-1/4-1. You will probably need a mk1 oil filter conversion as most manis catch on the plastic housing

   me and dan viner fitted a 421 mani off a mk1 on to his vtr mk2 the other day and we didnt need to change the oil filter

   Can you not just fit a mk1 manifold then and weld it to the mk2 system as the mk1 cat is underneath if im not mistaken
