How to remove Service spanner?

   How do i remove the service spanner off the dash i realise i have to press the needle a few times etc but not sure what sequence?
   
   Any ideas?

   if i remember , you hold down the left hand button on the dash clocks, turn ignition on and keep the button down while the service counter counts down and then the spanner dissapears.

   turbn key to last ignition,
   hold down the left hand side button,
   keep holding it the clocks will do a count down from 10(think)
   then let go after it turns to 0 and goes blank
   turn ignition off then back on and it has gone

   All you need to do is hold down the left hand button on the dash,Then turn key to last point before start let it count down when it gets to 0 still hold button but turn key off then let go of the button.That's it your all done
