Will exhaust pop / bang / rasp with a CAT on?

   Title says it all, setup is 4-2-1 > CAT > Magnex backbox (No middle silencer)

   probably not. magnex arent loud at all really

   Having a decat completely transforms the sound. I fitted a piper on my vts first off with the cat and you could barely tell the difference but as soon as i de-cateed it went to another level lol

   but piper are generally fairly raspy/loud
   
   most magnex/scorpion backboxes ive heard are quiet unless you put your foot down.
   saying that my mates got a pugsport which is made by scorpion with a decat and thats fairly loud/raspy

   If your after exhaust bangs (backfire) then go buy yourself a omex rev limiter, this cuts spark only unlike the factory ones which cut the fuel
   
   Therefor unburnt fuel enters exhaust and creates bangs/flames

   Have a look at them on youtube, most of them come under omex lauch control, they are roughly £90 for rev counter and launch control, can be bought from Omex, most rally/racing shops and i think theres some on ebay
