Enclosed v Open?!?!?

ive read loads on this but one thing not mentioned is the noise produced by booth.

im leaning towards gettin an enclosed but are they loud, as my open in my astra nearly shattered surrounding windows.

. i want performance but still want the noise!

then buy/make a heat sheild to cover your induction kit, that way your still have the noise and be keeping the hot air off it.

I highly doubt that lol

Anyway, enclosed ones are not that noisy but do make a nice sound. Green or Bmc would be my choice.

you wont get much of a sound from enclosed,but it will be better for performance than the open one

my mates standard fezzie zetec s was witha viper sounded better than anothers with a aftermarket backbox he then went on to modifying it loads tho with a mynheer kit etc etc and lit it on fire when using nos lol

yeah my green enclosed is well loud and good performance too.
