    i have a striped out vtr with no carpet and was wondering how have other who have done this hiden their wires that are under the carpet??

    i wasnt aware there were any wires, the only ones you have are the speaker wires etc that run up the side ?? surley the other wires are under the carpet anyway ??

    i have no carpet, theres a bunch of cabels running up the pass side...

    You don't hide them, just leave them there.

    run them underneath the car and cable tie them to the exhaust

    cable tie them to an exhaust ?? sure platic would melt if u did that

    Leave them in but run some black electrical tape around them to tidy them up

    haha yes plastic would melt... and i have silver floor
    so iv wrapped them in silver tape 4 now... wanna do summet else tho...

    if your going to move them under the car do it right and keep them away from the exhaust and secure them to the chassis using p-clips.

    most people just tidy them up using black electrical tape as said at work we use something called heat shrink tubing its like a rubber type tubeing that shrinks when heated and looks really neat and is available in many colours at about a quid a metre.

    I somehow think the cable tying them to the exhaust idea was meant sarcastically...


    There's no where inside to run themreally, apart from where they are, unless you drill a hole into the sills and run them through there, would be a massive PITA though, and there's probably a reason why no one else has done it.

    Best bet is to just remove ones you don't need, rear speaker wires, rear wiper wire etc, and just tidy the rest up.
