Exhaust help????

   Ive just been informed by my garage that my current standard exhaust (03 plate vtr) is heavily corroded....
   This isnt the end of the world coz i was planning on replacing it with a performance one over next few months.
   But i dont know anything about exhausts so could do with some advice....
   i dont want it to be too loud, and not too large, probably not bigger than 3 or 3.5 inch.
   ANy ideas and rough costs?

   are you repacing the whole system or just the back box?

   The entire system mate, it seems daft to spend money on the stabndard exhaust when i could put it towards one which will give me a few extra bhp.

   too right, when mine went citroen wanted 300 for a standard one so bought a magnex. quality fit, like you said not to loud, a nice burble. think its 3.5 inch

   yeh also not sure about on a saxo but my mums got a janspeed on hers very subtle sound and good build quality.
