removing a throttle cable after failing

   how do i remove a throttle cable that my mate just tried yankin out and got stuck? and then once its out how do u put a new one in? thanks

   Run some thread after the old one, then use that to pull it through.

   did you remove the barrel on the end of the cable 'pre' yanking?

   im not sure, all i know is i cant see it from inside the car and i cant pull it through from engine bay :/
