#2Short circuit, loss of power. The engine is revving higher to compensate for that loss of power. get another one

#3What should i do? i moved the airfilter so i might have opened it up should i tighten then up good?
-
#4is your battery light showing at all?
abnd yes, I would make sure your air filter is fitted properly. Honestly, sounds like your car is revving up to compensate for the loss of power. I had that situation once, but it was because of a knackered battery. -
#5nope battery light is not on

#6just in case: unplug your battery for 30 minutes to reset the ECU, see if that solves anything. Otherwise
have it checked for free at ATS or halfrauds to see if you have the correct voltage/amps going through. -
#7Any other ideas mate, As the car was fine before i sprayed WD40 into the starter motor then put it back on now its sitting at 3k revs i have a spare battery shall i try that?
