over the past two weeks i was experiencing a knocking noise when accellerating round a corner, and a constant squeek.
Then today i was on a duel carrige way once over 60 when acelerating the car start juddering so i stayed bellow 60 then went out again abit later and did the same thing when i accellerated hard, and it felt worse like it was stick or resisting but still juping and making a loud clunking sound that i could feel. the engine management like was coming on and off. the car is sitting outside my house now and i really need to fix it for tonight, if anyone has experienced this or has any idea what it might be please post all help is greatly appriciated, thanks.

Knocking noise could be the driveshaft, but this shouldn't cause the engine management light to come on.

That juddering and squeaking will definitely be a CV joint. It might be that bad that it causes the engine management light to come on because your dislodging sensors. CV joints are based on 3 bearings and because it's juddering you will have lost at least 1 of the bearings so a cheap fix with grease is not going to happen.

It's most likely cheaper to replace the whole driveshaft with a second hand one (around ~£20) or a brand new one (~£80), than trying to repair the CV joint, it might be too warn now to ever work right.

I wouldn't drive too much like this it wont be doing anything good
