   hi im just thinking about buying a 4 branch for my vtr this weekend what sort of gains will i be looking at?

   wouldnt bother for gains, minimal imo.
   
   a full exhaust system (decat) on the vts did make if feel a little quicker.

    With exhaust, filter, mani, (simple breathing mods) you might see what about 10bhp?
    
    I have all of the above on my car but don't have a standard car to compare it with, sounds nicer though
