lowering, how low?

   depends what you like the look of/what the cars used for lol look around for the guide that has all the heights

   For a general fast road toy 30mm is good. For the track 40-50 can work well. But you can start to get problems if your using it a lot on the road.

   40mm is fine.
   lowest i'd go is 50, only if you're using springs and dampers at this height.
   
   30mm works for most people as it's good for both track and road with the eibach pro kit and blistien dampers

   i wouldnt go any higher than 40mm

   Mines 50mm on the front 60-65ish on the back look good but understandably you probs loose a bit of handling. it just means the front and the back are the same hight.

    purely because at work i HAVE to park in the underground or you get clamped, and its a ball ache parking down there, so a big enough drop so i can say, i physically cant get into the underground because of that speed bump

    i have 15`s on my saxo and i lowered front by 30mm ... with 40 could b a bit of problems when u turning your wheels ... rear ... somewhere 20-25 ... because of wheel arches and speed bumps ...
