my car squeeks like handbrake is on

    was reversing the car earlier and it wasnt wanting to move like handbrake was on but it wasnt, started to squeek and shudder a lot, any ideas ?

    also power steering went off

    I'd guess two separate issues.

    First could be sticky calliper, or handbrake cable needs adjusting

    Second check your pump is not leaking, there's a known issue with lowered saxos where the pipes will rub and could break

    which pump, and how will if i know if it is sticky calliper and/or hanbrake cable, and how do i fix it ???

    steering pump looks like that mate, say your looking at your car head on, its on your right hand side, at the bottom, you should see it, just check all cables, pipes, also fluid needs to topped up, otherwise wont be enough pressure.

    whats a good power steering fluid for saxos anyway kuz never topped one up

    so say my caliper is stuck, how do i get it off and will it just do the exact same thing again?

    just get halfords power steering fluid. but check your level if not done already. Always start with the simple things.

    not sure about the other issue though mate.

    but deffo sounds like 2 seperate problems.
