paint for side strips

   the strips on the side of yor door that are black plastic and say vtr or vts whatever, i think there called that, anyway i just found today that my drivers one on the door and just behind the door are badly scratched, is there any paint or cleaning product that can get it black again, cheers

   Spray them,rub down with fine grade wet/dry then use filler primer(plastic Halfords brand)then flat it then gloss black paint,finish painting by spraying lacquer.
