Best way...

I was wondering what's the best way to remove the paint on my alloys back to the clean bare metal. I'm wondering cause they need returned to a decent condition. I was thinking nitromorse? Sandblasting? Pressure washing?
    What's the best way?

vapour blasting is better than sand blasting not as abrasive.

Go with the best if you have the money. You get what you pay for with paint jobs

Would vapour blasting more be quite difficult to do at home though? Especially considering I'm not all that sure how it works?

how are you planning to sand blast them at home?

if your talking about doing them yourself then there is only one way and that's paint stripper.

but you were talking about powder coating and i am guessing that you not going to do that at home so just take it somewhere that offers a full service drop them off and let them worry about it.

Yeh might try it on a spare crap wheel first incase it ends up buggered. They will end up in a shop somewhere regardless tbh but I would like to give it ago first though. Like to try and do it myself first. Won't be for awhile need cash

use the guide that every one uses on here you get really good results and only costs the price of 2 cans of base coat and a can of primer and a can of lacquer.
